·      Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

·      Estimated delivery for Untracked Lettermail (Canada only): 7–14 business days

📬 Tracking Information

Canada:

·      Customers can choose between tracked and untracked shipping options at checkout.

·      Untracked Lettermail does not include tracking, and we are not responsible for lost items sent via this method.

United States:

·      All orders are shipped with a tracking number for added security.

📌 Address Accuracy

·      Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout, including any UNIT numbers if applicable.

*** Notice to U.S. Customers:

As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. has ended duty‑free entry for shipments under $800, so your package may be subject to duties or customs fees. Any applicable charges are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. These fees are not controlled by us, and we do not have information on how each country calculates them.
